There are at least two different types of boxes for Melody Blaster. The traditional book-style box, and the flip-top box, which was common late in the life of the Intellivision at Mattel. It seems odd that such a late release would ever have had a book-type box.

In addition to the two box styles, the backs of the two different styles list different 'made in...' text in the lower left corner.
