The Activision Skiing game for Atari is eerily like this one.

U.S. Ski Team SkiingGraphics: 3
Sound: 3
Replay Value: 4
Notes: 1- to 6-player game; Easter Egg
Screen Shots

Whack! Thump! Stupid tree! We had a blast seeing how fast we could go and smash into trees, or cackling at the ineptitude of our opponent when hitting these slopes. This game offered lots of fun - and was one of the earliest Intellivision games to offer multi-colored characters - the skis were actually a different color than the main character! It was also a vertically scrolling game, which seemed pretty unique in the home video game market at the time. Best Time: Downhill: 40.6 [Slope: 14]; Slalom: N/A

Downhill Slope Some people knock this game, but I don't know why. But I never could get into the slalom races.

Credit: I first found this in Joe Zbiciak's post to the intvprog group on Yahoo on 23. March, 2001. JZ has indicated that the real credit should go to Carl Mueller, Jr. since he probably found it first. So you both get credit here!
