Screen Shots |
Yet another arcade port from parker, Super Cobra is one
of the rarest of the rare to get for the Intellivision. Again, I have only the
faintest glimmerings of memory about this arcade game - I enjoyed Scramble a
lot more. The sound is so-so - when you lose a ship, the explosion sound and
visual effects seem a bit excessive - was the arcade version like that, too?
The graphics are good, and it seems to be a decent side-scroller. The sound
is so-so. Hopefully I can track down the real arcade version to gain
some better basis to do a revision of this review. As it stands, this seems
to be a pretty average game.

Not familiar with the orginal arcade game. Graphics seem decent. Haven't gotten the hang of it yet - it's challenging! |
