the review system. 1 = Terrible, 5 = Awesome!
A pretty fun racing game. It sure is fun to fly off-course!
| Graphics: 4
Sound: 3
Replay Value: 3
Notes: 1- or 2-player game; first Intellivision game with customizable course layout
Screen Shots |
Unlike Auto Racing, which let you go far off track to explore the globe
upon which all the tracks were laid out, Motocross forced your
bike back onto the track if you strayed. But, for that price, you got one of
the coolest features - you could design your own courses! Memory tells me this
was the first (and one of a very few) game you could customize in such a way.
The graphics and physics are solid, while the sound is pretty basic.
