It appears that Las Vegas Roulette was originally planned to include a slot machine game, too, as the older manuals list that you can get replacement overlays for "Las Vegas Roulette & Slots" By the time it was released, the slots had been dropped, though.

Las Vegas Roulette is a pretty disappointing game, really. Not anything more than a random number generator with graphics and a couple other rules. Sure, you could argue the any of the card games are basically random number generator driven, but this doesn't even really hide that with a shifty-eyed dealer - and card games at least have an interesting number of variations in rules and strategies. Too bad the slots game wasn't included - it may have made the game more interesting (ooh, generate three random numbers!). Sadly, there is no Easter Egg to reveal Slots as a hidden game!

ROM No ROM variants have been identified.
Box So far, nine variations have been found.
Manual Thirteen variants have been identified.
Overlays Three different overlay variations are known to exist.
Label To date, four labels have been recorded.
Easter Eggs A title screen Easter egg exists.

A total of nine Las Vegas Roulette box variants have been documented.

It's interesting to note that the U.K. English version (mine is from an Australian copy) is tagged as rev. G1 and right on the front cover breaks the taboo of not mentioning gambling. Perhaps Mattel avoided using that term in the more 'puritanical' U.S. market only?

There were also some variations of the 'Running Man' and Mattel logo on the back cover.
